Operational Notes 
✅ Two heating vents 
✅ Front couch extends for more bed space.
✅ Hot water heater is under kitchen sink. 
✅ Turn off hot water heater if only using trailer periodically. 
✅ Two vent fans, 3 speeds to circulate outside air. One pulls air in and the other pushes air out. 
✅ Light switches are toggle switches. 
✅ Outlets on each side of kitchen counters 
✅ Electrical panel under twin bed on the right 
✅ Furnace under left twin bed 
✅ Storage under front sofa/bed 
✅ Do not block vents, needed to circulate air
✅ Bathroom hook on door can NOT support a ton of weight
✅ A/C runs off of 110 power meaning you have to be plugged in to run it. 
✅ Furnace runs off of 12 volt propane ignition
✅ Fridge will run off the batteries for the short term. 
✅ Don't run all the power of out the batteries, it shortens their life. 
✅ When  jack stands are NOT down, weight has to be balanced in trailer or it  will tip. Basically meaning you can t have two people in the back of the  trailer. 
✅ There are a few false panel drawers so be careful when opening. 
✅ Windows are not straight forward, meaning they can break easily and since the trailer was built in an odd year they are incredibly difficult to replace so if they break, there may not be a solution. They work best when you have two people opening them. I would suggest leaving them shut.
✅ Do not shut the screen door with the handle window closed. 
✅ Steps tuck underneath 
✅ Make sure to deadbolt latch the door whenever you are transporting it. It's a suicide door.
✅ 2 GFCI protected outlets outside. You can use these for a BBQ or awning.
✅ Outside furnace and hot water heater vents gets extremely hot, do NOT touch. 
✅ One Gate Valve, this is where all the water waste comes out from. 
✅ Four stabilizer jacks. Either or inch hex head. Come with hand crank for jack.
✅ For long term parking or storage, stabilize on blocks and store tires. 
✅ Dual storage propane regulator, auto change over to full tank when first tank is depleted. 
✅ Propane needs to be closed for transport. Will arrive closed.
